Compensation: $75,000 - $80,000 yearly Responsibilities: Your responsibilities, depending on experience, may include: Review meetings with clients Meetings with Referral Partners Team meetings and case management Organization and analysis of asset information Preparation of various probate pleadings Coordination of filings with the Probate Courts Marshaling assets and arranging for valuations Preparation of MassHealth applications Drafting basic estate planning documents Assist with titling and retitling of assets Preparation of inventories and probate accountings Assisting with fiduciary income and Estate tax return preparation Microsoft Office (3 years of experience is preferred) Reviewing all documents for quality and accuracy Deed preparation Work efficiently and make recommendations to improve processes Be well organized to ensure clients' files move smoothly through the office Follow systems and maintain clients in our case management system Experience with Wealth Counsel and Elder Counsel is a plus Records Management Qualifications: The successful candidate has a passion for helping clients and must be able to effectively communicate with clients. HRSG Inspector Employment Type: Full-Time Travel: Up to 5 days per week during Spring and Fall seasons We are seeking an HRSG Inspector to perform on-site inspections of Heat Recovery Steam Generators (HRSGs) and boilers at power plants. This role involves evaluating system performance, identifying potential issues, and providing customers with practical recommendations to enhance reliability and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in heat transfer, thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, or structural engineering, along with excellent communication and reporting skills. Key Responsibilities Conduct on-site inspections of HRSGs and boilers to assess performance and identify maintenance needs. Analyze system conditions and provide technical recommendations to optimize plant operations, reliability, and efficiency. Work closely with plant personnel to understand operational challenges and propose solutions. Generate comprehensive inspection reports, summarizing findings, data, and recommended actions. Present project results and recommendations to customers clearly and professionally. Maintain compliance with industry regulations, safety procedures, and plant protocols. Travel up to 5 days weekly during peak seasons (Spring and Fall) to conduct site visits.
