Responsibilities: - Oversees the daily workflow of the assigned roustabout crew. - Provides ongoing training, supervision, and development for Roustabouts, ensuring that the crew performs their job in the most efficient and productive manner possible. - Provides transportation to/from the job site as necessary for the crew, utilizing a company vehicle and possibly a trailer if needed, which may require a commercial driver's license.
