What Will You Be Doing?
The Auditor, Quality Assurance monitors the performance measures of the CAMP (Continuous by performing audits of internal and contract organizations.
Qualifications
* Preferred - FAA A&P Certificate, or at least 5+ years commercial aviation experience in Maintenance, Quality Assurance, or Regulatory Compliance with a 14 CFR 121 Air Carrier or
* Required - Knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations (Parts 21, 25, 43, 65, 121, 145, etc.), Airworthiness Directives, and Manufacturer Service Documents (ICA, SB, SL, etc.)
* Required - Thorough knowledge of FAA Flight Standards Information Management System - 8900.1 and SAS DCT checklists.
* Required - Ability to set priorities and manage multiple projects to balance work within the group
* Required - Ability to apply critical thinking skills to all audits to effectively evaluate information to identify potential systemic hazards
* Required - Excellent organization, prioritization, presentation, and report writing skills
* Preferred - Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and IT systems knowledge TRAX, SCEPTRE, etc.

Essential Functions:
* Conduct audits of the CAMP (Continuous Airworthiness Maintenance Program) organization and the systems and procedures used to meet the compliance requirements of the CAMP, the GMM, attributes of system safety, and the CASS (Continuous Analysis & Surveillance System).
* Prepare and issue audit reports regarding the hazards and risks found during audits of the CAMP and identify required corrective actions needed to transfer, eliminate, accept, and/or mitigate these risks and monitor progress toward completion of these actions.
* Perform inspections and audits of contractor activities in support of CAMP requirements at Line Stations, including vendors of repair and overhaul services, contract maintenance, deicing services, fueling services, and surplus part distributors.
* Perform special audits as directed by the Manager, Quality Assurance.
* Vol.D Maintain familiarization with the training requirements necessary as defined in the GMM 100: Maintenance Training Program and ensure training is current prior to performing the functions and tasks of this position.
* Performs audits of fuel storage and delivery vendors in compliance with Frontier Airlines manuals and industry standards.
* Manage, monitor and coordinate SMS activities as directed. These duties include but are not limited to:
* Coordinate the development, implementation, maintenance, and integration of the SMS throughout Frontier.
* Identify hazards and safety risk assessments including change management.
* Ensure effectiveness of safety risk controls.
* Promote safety.
* Advise the accountable executive on the performance of the SMS and on any need for improvement.
* Accountable for achieving safety performance relative to job tasks.
* Manage risk acceptable level: green or lower as defined by Frontier's company risk matrix.

As Natural Language processing and Large Language models continue to develop and grow, new experiences to better help serve customer needs in a text-based channels through self-service will continue to need to be defined, designed and built. This role will work to define the roadmap, strategy, and build and deliver on those new experiences using GenAI, NLP, and Conversational Design.
This individual will focus on various components of product development for multiple products including Virtual Assistant, Generative AI/LLM, Messaging, Apple Business Chat, Google RBM and RCS, WebChat and other messaging and chat platforms. The role will require stakeholder interactions with teams not only in Digital Strategy, but also with Reservations, ACS, Delta IT, Vendors, Enterprise Solutions, and other commercial teams in building and executing the strategy. Role Summary

Key Duties
* Perform as Second in Command in the transport of passengers, mail, freight, or for other commercial purposes. Responsible for all aspects and conduct of flight to include preflight of required paperwork and restrictions, conduct of safe flight, and all post flight duties.
* Comply with Federal Aviation Regulations (FAA), Company Flight Procedures, and Company Policies on scheduled flights and routes to ensure safety of flight.
* Coordinate tasks to permit flight fueling, loading, passenger handling, etc. and associated duties to transport passengers in a safe manner in accordance with company policies and procedures, FOM, FAR's, and CRF's.
* Pilots are team members both in the flight deck (Cockpit Resource Management), and with other operational departments.

Job-Specific Experience, Education & Skills
Required
* 200 hours of FAA-approved Prior Qualifying Time to serve as pilot in command in part 121 operations (per FAR § 121.436(a)(3)). How you'll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities) Delta's Digital Strategy team is seeking a Sr. Product Leader to join a new team that will improve Delta's Virtual assistant and messaging platforms and help reduce customer contacts and increase self-service through world class chatbot and messaging experiences. As Natural Language processing and Large Language models continue to develop and grow, new experiences to better help serve customer needs in a text-based channels through self-service will continue to need to be defined, designed and built. This role will work to define the roadmap, strategy, and build and deliver on those new experiences using GenAI, NLP, and Conversational Design.
This individual will focus on various components of product development for multiple products including Virtual Assistant, Generative AI/LLM, Messaging, Apple Business Chat, Google RBM and RCS, WebChat and other messaging and chat platforms. The role will require stakeholder interactions with teams not only in Digital Strategy, but also with Reservations, ACS, Delta IT, Vendors, Enterprise Solutions, and other commercial teams in building and executing the strategy. The selected candidate will have strong technical and product knowledge, understanding of the organization, understanding of self-service and digital experiences, executive presence and presentation skills, communications skills for inputs into decisions while incorporating stakeholder input across multiple functions and managing a team and delivering on short-term and long-term corporate needs.

Primary Functions

Required
200 hours of FAA-approved Prior Qualifying Time to serve as pilot in command in part 121 operations (per FAR § 121.436(a)(3)). Candidates will need to provide proof they have obtained this flight time requirement. All prior qualifying time will be verified in pilot logbooks with the System Chief Pilot and/or the Director of Operations at time of interview.
200 hours as second in command at a part 121 carrier (per FAR § 121.436(a)(3)); or

Role Summary
The First Officer Experienced is responsible for ensuring a safe journey and a positive experience for all Horizon Air (QX) guests while continually maintaining a high-level of professionalism. This is a union represented position.
Key Duties
* Perform as Second in Command in the transport of passengers, mail, freight, or for other commercial purposes. Responsible for all aspects and conduct of flight to include preflight of required paperwork and restrictions, conduct of safe flight, and all post flight duties.
* Comply with Federal Aviation Regulations (FAA), Company Flight Procedures, and Company Policies on scheduled flights and routes to ensure safety of flight.
* Coordinate tasks to permit flight fueling, loading, passenger handling, etc. and associated duties to transport passengers in a safe manner in accordance with company policies and procedures, FOM, FAR's, and CRF's.
* Pilots are team members both in the flight deck (Cockpit Resource Management), and with other operational departments.
* Pilots are expected to present a professional image, including grooming standards and demeanor, at all times as a key representative of the company to both internal and external customers.
Job-Specific Experience, Education & Skills
Required
* 200 hours of FAA-approved Prior Qualifying Time to serve as pilot in command in part 121 operations (per FAR § 121.436(a)(3)). Candidates will need to provide proof they have obtained this flight time requirement. All prior qualifying time will be verified in pilot logbooks with the System Chief Pilot and/or the Director of Operations at time of interview.
