* Greet guest at the front desk and assist with check in and check out using the computer.

* Maintain knowledge about functions going on inside the hotel and information that may need to be passed along to guests.

* Follow safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
* Carry out the policies and procedures of Stonewall Resort and Benchmark Hospitality International while maintaining the highest degree of professionalism and teamwork atmosphere as per standards of service.
* Assesses and offers creative suggestions and recommendations to all guest requests.
* Maintain accuracy of bank by daily computations; understand completely all functions and responsibilities of daily bank counts and bank drops.
* Maintaining all standards as outlined in employee handbook, uniform and grooming standards.

* Obtain comment cards for 30% of the daily departures.

Explains procedures and/or services to patients using dental knowledge.
Presents financial policies and arrangements to patients collect co-payments and verify insurance coverage as appropriate.
Tracks appointments due to no-shows, cancellations, and late arrivals

Job duties include, but are not limited to:
Maintain the visual appeal or the hospital reception area, greet and welcome clients and patients, answer questions and triage client concerns, answer calls or emails and direct to the appropriate party for resolution, schedule appointments to maximize efficiency and daily flow, check in and check out clients and process payments. JOB SUMMARY
The Check in Manager, under direction of the Clinic Coordinator and Market Director, is responsible for, organizing, implementing and supervising all front desk duties of the medical clinic and staff in a smooth and efficient manner.
