Provide administrative support to Executive staff (CEO, COO & Business Management), including but not limited to documentation, letter writing, scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and preparation of materials for meetings and presentations.

Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and reception area.
Manage processes and transfer incoming phone calls and messages to facilitate staff and client communications.
Contribute to team efforts by providing support for special projects/events, trainings, and office management tasks to accomplish organizational goals as needed.
Ensure visitor logs and security procedures are followed.
