POSITION SUMMARY
The Front Desk Agent will work out of both The Black Bear Lodge and The Stratton Welcome Center. Agents are expected to ensure a warm and welcoming experience for all guests throughout their stay. Ideal candidates will be customer service oriented, friendly, proactive problem solvers and computer literate. There are full time year-round and seasonal opportunities available for this position. This position is compensated at $20.00/hour.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Check guests in and out of Stratton lodging
Anticipate and take appropriate action surrounding guest issues
Prepare welcome packets for arrivals when necessary
Answer phone calls from guests; includes answering the PBX phone system
Provide general information about the resort
