This position will work closely with our business developers to help support growth goals through specific marketing efforts. Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities
Participates in collaborating with management and internal resources to create and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
Engages with existing and prospective new customers to build relationships to achieve the targeted profit goals of the division.
May support underwriting in fact gathering, underwriting, and pricing of renewals.
May prepare reports to analyze and develop existing business profile/mix and the quality and quantity of new and existing business.
May promote additional coverage/programs to existing accounts.
Responsible for achieving premium development and retention/persistency goals.
May assist with coordinating/transferring books of business and ongoing contract management.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field or equivalent experience.
Experience: Generally, a minimum of 6 months of experience in a marketing role, preferably within a similar industry. Requires insurance licensure within 90 days of employment.
Scope of Job/Qualifications: Performs work under moderate supervision and technical direction. Familiar with marketing principles and practices. Works on assignments of low to moderate technical complexity. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Job Description
The Night Auditor position is responsible for reviewing and processing source data to provide accurate and timely entry to accounting systems and sub-systems.
Provides superior customer service, positively effects interactions with customers and employees, and has the resiliency to deal with difficult customers in all types of business conditions and the ability to work harmoniously with coworkers.
Audits and processes source documents in accordance with established departmental procedures to facilitate timely and accurate recording of hotel and related revenue.
Initiates the generation of and coordinates the distribution of various hotel system reports.
Assists in training and supervising staff to ensure that employees receive adequate guidance and resources to accomplish established job requirements.
Notifies Hotel Manager of any potential discrepancies and assists with research and resolution of problems.
Familiar with all aspects of the Front Desk, including all check-in and check out procedures.
Oversees all close day functions in the front office and that all rooms are checked in and payments are secured. Maintains support documentation for established filing system.
Assists all guests and other departments during the audit shift in the capacity of manager on duty in their absence.
Qualifications
Demonstrated proficiency with adding machine and computer input terminal.
Ability to solve mathematically oriented problems.
Accounting background helpful.
Clerical background preferred.
Previous supervisory experience preferred.
AS/400 computer system, adding machine and typewriter experience.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
