This position is responsible for traveling with the Field Activity Support Team (FAST) to stores within an assigned district to own and execute "start to finish" variable tasks such as planograms and physical inventories, as well as provide support for other tasks including merchandise and fixture assembly, and the maintenance of all signage. This position will interact with customers and team members, while providing legendary customer service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%)
* Maintain regular and predictable attendance.

Job Duties:
The ideal candidate for the Big Springs Hatchery manager position should possess and show the management and supervisory skills necessary to operate a large multi-species facility in a productive and positive manner. Key Responsibilities
Assist with landscape installation, including patios, rock features, grading, and plant installations

SUMMARY
The Retail Manager I is responsible for the delivery of outstanding customer service, achievement of growth goals, operational efficiencies, and development of Financial Service Representatives, typically in a branch with assets of less than $50MM. This position will develop and maintain client relationships utilizing the full spectrum of banking services with emphasis on First Interstate Bank's Service Commitments and in accordance with our vision and values. This is a producing position.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Facilitates integrated delivery of financial services and products, including referring clients to the appropriate department or division.
Manages the effective use of customer relationship management software including First 15, recording appropriate activities, incidents, referrals, and marketing.
Uses the dashboard to monitor and measure performance.
Ensures operational efficiency, compliance, and quality standards are met.
Participates in and enforces all aspects of branch security in accordance with First Interstate Bank's security policy.
Ensures positive community relations in the branch market area; works in a coordinated effort with all branches to in the market to foster One First Interstate in the community.
Demonstrates compliance with all bank regulations for assigned job functions and applies it to designated job responsibilities.
Keeps up to date on regulation changes, follows all bank policies and procedures, compliance regulations, and completes all required annual or job-specific training.
Learns, demonstrates, and fosters the First Interstate Bank's corporate culture in all actions and words.
Takes personal initiative and is a positive example for others to emulate; embraces the Bank's vision, values, and mission.
MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Manages a branch, possibly two, in a market.
