    Contract, Temporary Description DETAILS: DATES: TBD TEAM SIZE: 54 x BSRPs COMPENSATION: $300 - $600 per day (qualification / experience dependent) We are seeking (54) Battle Staff Role Players (BSRPs) and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to support a Combat Training Center (CTC) training exercise simulating a European large-scale operation with multi-domain considerations. All role players will replicate European Partner/Ally Military Forces at the Division/Brigade/Battalion staff officer level executing NATO staff planning processes. This is a temporary contract position aligned with the assignments. Travel costs are reimbursed and/or paid for by the Company. ROLE PLAYER POSITIONS: (Note. All personnel will be placed in either Higher Headquarters, Division, DIVARTY, Brigade, or Battalion Echelons based on experience and relevancy) Commander Chief of Staff Executive Officer Operations Chief Intelligence Chief Fires Chief Sustainment Chief Protection Chief G2 / S2 and Deputies G3 / S3 and Deputies G4 / S4 and Deputies G6 / S6 and Deputies G3 Air Battle Captain / Majors Engineering Officers / NCOs Medical Officers / NCOs Fires Officers / NCOs Sustainment Officers / NCOs DIVARTY Officers / NCOs KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Role players engage with the training audience and Force Package Advisors to execute problem solving and critical thinking skills. Replicate a European peer partner military force. Engage daily with the training audience and lead them to the desired outcome of the training exercise. Attend daily ‘role player syncs' with the Exercise Control (EXCON) element to ensure the desired outcome of the day/exercise are achieved. Provide trainees with recommendations before, during, and after the exercise on how the training should be improved to maximize the time and resources of the exercise. Requirements Must have an understanding of the equivalent position they are assigned to portray in the exercise and have an in-depth understanding of the operational staff planning processes. Direct experience at the respective level is preferred. Must have military staff planning experience and an understating of the Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP). Must have a basic understanding of military functions within a European military force. Must be capable of operating in a Tactical Operations Center (TOC) and utilizing the systems (Webcams, TOC Box, WinTAK, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Adobe, etc.) routinely used by NATO Forces. Previously have a SECRET Clearance Be able to complete required government trainings: iWATCH, AT level 1, OPSEC Awareness, Threat Awareness, etc. Additional Information Travel reimbursement is provided as detailed in each Role Player's contract.     Job Summary: Company is seeking SOF Coach/Mentors to support the JRTC and NTC Programs with the overall successful execution of the training objectives for the Joint Readiness Training Center (JRTC) Mission Support contract by providing subject matter expertise to rotational training units thereby creating exercise realism and a positive training environment. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES: o Ability to fill a specific role, and coach/mentor while in role, as assigned by the SOF RP Branch Manager. • The Coach/Mentor will follow scripted and non-scripted scenario driven training events while maintaining close, interpersonal interaction with the rotational training unit, JRTC/NTC Cadre, and other role players. • During the exercise scenario, the Coach/Mentor will be asked to replicate a given persona or position, as authentically as possible, based on personal experience or knowledge. This may include typical daily life, duties and responsibilities of the position/role or realistic portrayal of an adversary, among other duties. • Within the exercise scenario, Coach/Mentors will interact with host nation officials and civilians, representatives of other foreign governments, and various U.S. DoD personnel. REQUIRED & DESIRED EXPERIENCE: Required Experience: Minimum 4 years of Special Operations Forces (SOF) experience. 18-Series SOF experience. Must have a comprehensive understanding of military fundamentals, customs and courtesies. Familiarization with military organization and terminology. Desired Experience: Former Special Operations Forces experience in the Middle East, South Asia, and East Asia or Latin America. Prior experience working in classified setting. Cognizant of the current state of play concerning national security strategies and geographic geo-political environment that will be replicated in the scenario. Current US Passport. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Must possess and maintain a US SECRET security clearance. Maintain a positive team environment with customer, outside agencies and other contract staff. Will be expected to understand and support Client's processes, procedures, and mission objectives. Must possess and maintain excellent interpersonal communication skills and demonstrate a strong work ethic. Should be reasonably physically healthy and fit to withstand physical requirements and must be able to operate for extended periods of time in rural/urban outdoor conditions, to include extreme heat, cold, rain or snow. Integrate with JRTC/NTC rotational training unit and cadre, and perform at scripted competency levels.
