As a Maintenance Technician you will be responsible for the maintenance of all plant systems, which will include facilities, unloading, processing, packing and warehouse operations. You will troubleshoot and repair both mechanical and electrical equipment. Our maintenance work includes both predictive and preventative maintenance.
Maintenance of plant systems: mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and instrumentation
Troubleshoot electrical controls systems including motors and PLCs

Position Summary
Perform various shipping and receiving functions: load and unload trucks, check and sort product of varying sizes and wights by hand, including lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying. Physical agility and stamina to stand, walk, bend and lift (up to 60 pounds).
Responsibilities
Set-up and unload incoming shipments from trucks, check in mill receipts.
Segregate and sort receipts by style and color.

D. Physical Demands
This is moderately strenuous work. The loader operator must climb in and out of loader approximately 50 times per day. The bottom of the seat is approximately 72 inches from the ground. The first step is two feet off the ground, with the second step one foot higher. A bar or handle is provided to help the driver pull himself into the cab.
Each loader is equipped with levers and pedals which are used to control the many parts of the loader while driving and during the process of loading materials into the load bins. The operator must be able to manipulate the levers and pedals in a coordinated manner.
Loader operators must wash and clean the loader with brushes and a hose. This requires a fair amount of climbing on the loader.
Loader operators must climb ladders and catwalks' up to eighty feet high.
E. Environmental Conditions
Loader operators work outdoors the majority of the time. Weather conditions such as temperature, moisture and other conditions have a significant impact on the job. Therefore, operators must be tolerating, with or without reasonable accommodations, being exposed frequently to extreme weather conditions.
