2. Maintains and generates transactions in the SAP environment and handles damaged / shortages / excess / or missing orders following the Materials Damages & Claim Procedure.
3. Removes the samples to be used for analysis of raw materials and packaging components received and the samples used for re-evaluation of the existing materials.
4. Stores materials as per applicable status, according to the current GMP's and keeps working areas clean and organized.
5. Transfer material from warehouse to Production lines and / or receive back-to-stock materials from / to the warehouse following the current procedure.
6. Keeps data in the inventory control systems (manual and /or computerized) update and accurate, including the freight containers inventory. Participates in Cycle Counting process as per Inventory Control Procedure. Prepares physically materials for shipment and ensure that materials are correctly picked for shipping, as per their applicable status and according to the current GMP's and loading of trucks.

8. Handles and disposes properly rejected material, dangerous goods, potentially dangerous goods and regulated hazardous waste into a designated on-site disposal facility of interim container.

The Boat Yard Laborer (year round/full time) is a key member of our team, responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the boat yard, assisting with the handling, preparation and transportation of boats, and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Follows all safety precautions and procedures at all times
Assists with the safe and efficient moving of boats in and on the dealership property, including hauling, launching, and docking
Help organize the display and arrangement of boats on the dealership premises.
Spring Boat Prep: unwrapping shrink wrap, cleaning, waxing, detailing, bottom painting
Fall Boat Prep: shrink wrapping, bottom scraping, cleaning, bottom painting & power washing
Offload and inspect new boats, trailers, and motors upon delivery
Helps maintain the yard storage needs: stands, blocks, covers, etc.
Ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of the yard area, shop, parts loft and dealership
Assist in coordinating and scheduling maintenance on yard equipment, including trucks, trailers, and forklifts.
Reports all damaged or malfunctioning equipment to department head
Performs other related duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
Must be 18 years of age or older
Previous experience in a marine dealership or similar environment is helpful but not required.
Professional appearance and a team-oriented attitude.
Have a valid state driver's license
Forklift experience a plus but not required
Ability to ascend and descend a ladder, work in all weather conditions
Ability to work in confined spaces with ability to lift 50 pounds.

Candidates must have experience building commercial cabinetry in an automated wood and plastic laminate shop. This is a full-time, hourly position with standard hours 7am to 3:30pm M-F reporting to the Production Manager.
Responsible for:
General production work, specifically cabinet assembly.
Preparing, organizing and maintaining material, product and tools necessary for assembly.
Learning process, machine set-up and problem solving techniques.
Responsible for setting up work area for sanding and routing wood.
Responsible for reviewing drawings to ensure product, accessories and components are ready for assembly.
May need to coordinate with finishing department to ensure smooth process and task completion.
Maintaining consistent fast paced work flow to meet project deadlines.
Able to check own work to achieve no defects
Requirements:
HS Diploma or Equivalent, Carpentry preferred.
5+ years of experience working with automated machinery and commercial cabinetry desired
Experience with 32 mm dowel construction and quality control is necessary.
