Position Summary
Vescent seeks a detail-oriented Warehouse Specialist to join our Manufacturing team. The right candidate will have strong organizational skills and will need to maintain accurate inventory records, prepare shipments, and ensure materials are stored and labeled accurately. They will be responsible for supporting various warehouse operations including receiving, packaging, kitting, and light manufacturing tasks. This candidate will be highly self-motivated, extremely detail-oriented, enjoy learning new skills, and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and process incoming purchase orders and deliveries
Organize and store inventory in designated cabinets and storage areas
Prepare and package outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and protection of goods
Perform laser marking of enclosure panels
Assemble and prepare shipping kits
Generate shipping labels for outgoing domestic shipments
Kit work orders via pick lists
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or shipping/receiving environment
