Responsibilities
Processing accurate Purchase Order receipts in Netsuite ERP system.
Support Sample Receiving process(s).
Kan-Ban distribution of Stock to Point of Use locations throughout labs.

Managing item disposition per QC status in stockroom.
Maintaining incoming/outgoing shipment log.
Interact with purchasing department to reconcile shipping discrepancies.
Perform cycle count of stock materials.

Interact with freight and logistics carriers to schedule pick-up and deliveries.
Work with finance to reconcile PO and packing slips.

Qualifications
Associate's degree and 2-5 years of Material Handler experience within Biotechnology or Pharmaceuticals indsutry.
Must have experience working with temperature-sensitive (refrigerated, frozen) materials and demonstrate understanding of the importance of maintaining the chain of custody for cold-chain items.
Experience with domestic and international shipping and associated packaging and documentation requirements.
Candidates should have experience working with integrated ERP & LIMS systems with NetSuite knowledge being a definite plus.
Work Environment: On-site resource, Moderate lifting, Occasional work with items that are frozen and refrigerated, Occasional work with Blood Samples.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Proficient in all stockroom operations in the performance of required technical or routine operational tasks per company policies and procedures.
Assists in maintaining the flow of work and materials based on scheduled supplier deliveries, customer orders, and other internal or external delivery requirements according to established priorities.
Use a pallet jack, scales, or other machinery to disperse and move material. May be responsible for maintaining scale or other equipment calibration activities.
Prepare, mark, label, tag, and/or package materials or goods for receipt, storage, delivery, or shipment according to location or customer requirements.
