Starting Pay / Salary Range: $31.98/hr or ~$66,500/yr ( + shift differential) with the potential opportunity to earn up to $60.43/hr or ~$125,600/yr (+ shift differential) as you grow in the organization. The South Boston Manufacturing Center is the home of the Gillette World Shaving Headquarters and produces household grooming mainstays like Mach 3, Fusion, Labs, and Venus shaving products. About the role: As a Warehouse Operator you will do various types of work, including Monitoring EMS movements for material deliveries and pickups and responding to AGVs, SRMs, and Palletizers Assist with load management and shipping/receiving on the dock Respond to phone calls and emails for receiving appointments Complete PMs on Warehouse equipment Complete store calls and manually move product using a PIT Maintain inventory accuracy in the EMS and RTCIS (DGI) system Utilize UPS tools on Warehouse top losses (learn and diagnose AGV, SRM & Palletizer top losses) If you like a fast-paced, physical position that gets you up and moving, then come help touch and improve the lives of the world's consumers. Job Qualifications Job Qualifications Are 18 years of age or older Have a minimum of a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent education Wear required safety personal protective equipment (eye protection, ear protection, safety shoes) A PIT license is for this role (do not need to currently have one). Employee will need to become certified in Fall Protection and should be comfortable working at heights.
