Key Responsibilities: Operational Oversight: Collaborate with various departments to streamline workflows and eliminate inefficiencies. Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus. Minimum of 2 years of experience in banking operations, with a strong focus on enterprise risk assessment. Comprehensive knowledge of banking regulations, compliance standards, and risk management frameworks. Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or similar tools). Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills: Certification in Risk Management (e.g., CRMA, CRM) or relevant industry certifications. Experience with operational risk software tools. Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
