Key Responsibilities
We are looking for a full-time Property Maintenance Foreman with experience in the following:
Manage and train crew members daily
Safely operate landscape equipment, such as commercial mowers, weed-eaters, blowers, truck driving, and other equipment necessary to perform daily tasks.
Duties include, but are not limited to, digging holes, planting trees and shrubs, laying Sod, and irrigation repairs.
Complete daily time sheets
Overseeing jobs and ensuring they are performed in accordance with industry and company standards
Communicating plans and production goals with crew members and clients
Ensuring all safety and maintenance procedures are followed
Maintaining a clean vehicle and equipment
Completing paperwork and information pertaining to the job
Interacting with clients to ensure job satisfaction
Assessing progress and making recommendations to ensure the route is complete
Make sure each property is finished with the highest quality standards
Maintain a regular, dependable attendance record
Job Requirements:
A valid Driver's License.
Two - Three years minimum of practical experience with a solid work history in the green or similar industries.
Have Two - Three years of experience managing landscape maintenance crews
Be willing and able to lift 50+ pounds
Be able to operate standard landscaping machinery
Be able to work variable hours, which may include weekends, holidays, and overtime.
Be comfortable working in a variety of weather conditions
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
Strong leadership and ability to work in a team environment
