As a SWi, LLC Fence Installer Foreman, you wake up bright and early each work day, excited to join the crew, dig in, and do quality work. You travel to multiple locations and love working in a variety of different environments. Every new job comes with new plans and specs. You will need to layout your crew to perform in an efficient and safe manner. Ensuring the safety of your crew is of the upmost importance. You will be required to keep track of your crews time and ensure all paperwork is turned in in a timely manner. You always interact courteously and respectfully with our clients and represent SWi, LLC whether you are on or off the clock and treat the company vehicles/equipment with respect. You work efficiently and with attention to detail, leaving each customer pleased with the quality of the work and the overall experience in general. You are service-oriented and get great satisfaction out of a job well done! Our current project work schedule is 2 weeks on, 1 week off, 12+ hour days, all out of state.
