What We Need from You:
Must be 18 years of age or older
Previous experience working in Maintenance of Way, Railroad Construction or Railroad Maintenance
Previous experience as a construction superintendent in heavy civil industry
Backhoe experience required
Knowledge of local quality, safety, and health guidelines for construction job sites
Positive attitude, the ability to motivate team members on site, and the skills to communicate and report effectively
In-depth understanding of construction operations and processes
Understanding of use and maintenance of electrical and hydraulic systems
Accountability and integrity are essential as the decisions made in the role affect countless others
Recognize, avoid, and report potential hazards
Must pass all required assessments/trainings and be willing to submit to a background check, pre-employment drug screen, and random drug tests
Willing and able to travel to various job sites, including those that require overnight stay and short notice mobilization, and work in all weather conditions (extreme hot, cold, rain, snow, sleet, etc.)
High school diploma or certification in a skilled trade is a plus

Position Responsibilities
Manage, evaluate and train field project team members.
Plan, organize and direct production of contracted scope of work.
Build and maintain relationships with customers, inspectors and other trades.
Coordinate production and attend meetings with other trades as well as the general contractor to identify and resolve any conflicts while providing excellent customer service.
Ensure all installations meet quality and plumbing code standards.
Manage material and personnel requirements necessary to meet schedule.
Adhere to Power Design's standards of quality, safety and best practices.
Here's What We're Looking For
Skilled field supervisor with at least five (5) years of experience managing a scope and running multimillion dollar projects for plumbing contractor.
An active or ability to obtain within 90 days a Mechanical (HVAC) or Plumbing license.
Proficient knowledge of the International Plumbing Code (IPC), local codes and construction safety requirements.
Must have at least basic computer and writing skills.
