Location: Office Location is 2507 W. Erie Dr., Suite 103 Tempe, AZ 85282. This job does require travelling across the greater Phoenix Area (sites will vary based on the job)

Job Duties:
As you might expect, leadership is at the heart of what your job will entail. For the most part, you'll be:
Responsible for teaching apprentices.

Responsible for mark-out/layout of all systems and product as indicated in the contract documents and as indicated on coordination drawings provided by the office.
Responsible for all on-site project documentation (Time Sheets, Daily Logs, Weekly Safety, Test Reports, Pictures, Etc.)
Fabricate and assemble metal structures based on blueprints and specifications
Operate various tools and machinery such as forklift, Cleat formers, Bar Folders, Shears, Roll Former, Band Saw, Rotary Machine, Flangers, notchers etc, Welders etc
Install, Alter, Fabrication, and Repair Sheet Metal Products, Equipment Ducts, and Hoods for HVAC Systems
Perform stick welding and other welding techniques to join metal components
Be able to lead and manage the job with dedicated to moderate support from project management team

The Maintenance Working Foreman will utilize their extensive mechanical experience to lead a team of technicians and ensure the UDA plant, warehouses, and facilities are operating, with minimal downtime. MAINTENANCE WORKING FOREMAN PRIMARY FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Plan, manage, and direct escalated maintenance issues by performing preventive, reactive, and predictive mechanical and electrical repairs for all UDA plants, warehouses, and facilities
• Track, log, and report all escalated maintenance issues to UDA leadership
• Manage team of maintenance technicians including scheduling, shift coverage, assigning tasks, projects, mentoring, and corrective actions
• Plan and direct the maintenance of all plant equipment with minimum cost and high reliability
• Actively participate in plant safety efforts including conducting incident reports, mitigation of project risks, and technician safety
• Regularly provide prompt and detailed technical guidance for a variety of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and refrigeration conditions
• Perform a variety of industrial pneumatic diagnostics and repairs to valves, banks, and fittings
• Perform various electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, and repairs including, but not limited to 3-phase motors, contactor relays, blown fuses, overload starters, VFD's, motors, and PLC's
• Perform a variety of plumbing repairs to PVC, copper, and stainless-steel fittings
• Manage multiple simultaneous projects and prioritize maintenance requests by level of impact
• Develop effective procedure to diagnose, troubleshoot and validate quality solutions
• Document, log, and report repairs into CMMS system and provide regular updates to maintenance team
• Perform pump mechanical works and maintain and sustain pump programs

Builds and Installs Wall and Column Forms: Creates and sets forms for walls and columns, ensuring structural integrity.
Builds and Installs Structural Deck Forms: Constructs and installs forms for structural decks.
Sets Slab-on-Grade Forms: Positions forms for slabs-on-grade, ensuring proper alignment and level.
Preps and Sets Tilt-up/Precast Forms: Prepares and installs forms for tilt-up and precast concrete elements.
Works with Building Layout: Collaborates with the building layout to ensure precise form placement and alignment.
Ensures a Safe Work Environment: Implements safety protocols and practices to maintain a safe working environment for the crew.
Participates in Training/Certifications: Engages in ongoing training and certifications to stay updated with industry standards and best practices.

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum of 4 years of related experience and/or training, including the ability to read and interpret construction documents.
