Job Title: Concrete Finishing Foreman Department: Operations Reports To: General Superintendent/Field Superintendent FLSA Status: Non-exempt The Concrete Finishing Foreman supervises a crew of Finishers and semi-skilled employees in work activities associated with smoothing and finishing surfaces of poured concrete. The Finishing Foreman will be responsible and ensure that elevation benchmarks are met. Ensures the Finishing crew completes all projects in accordance with project scope of work and specifications. Required to ensure all finishing equipment is always in working order and properly maintained.
