Client satisfaction and performing work within allowed hours is essential. Must contribute to the company-wide duties, responsibilities, snowplow operations, goals and objectives of James Martin Associates. This position may or may not be a full-time position with JMA.
Responsibilities:
Lead a crew of one to two to install residential landscapes, including hardscapes and plantings based on provided plans, within estimated hours and material costs, and meeting JMA's standard for best practices of installation.
Communicate with foremen, on site supervisor and salesperson.
Review provided project documents and create a plan for accomplishing the work to ensure jobsite efficiency and on-time completion.
Assist in training new and existing team members on responsibilities, quality expectations, and standards for installation.
Ensure that your crew is working safely on site and in our yard - wearing provided PPE, driving and operating equipment safely, and completing required paperwork for our Safety Program.
Work as part of our snow operations throughout the winter.
Qualifications:
+ Years experience in Landscape Construction.
Must have a valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
Experience with heavy machinery is preferred.
Ability to read landscape construction plans and proposals.
Accurately complete required work records in a timely fashion; i.e. daily timesheet, accident reports and pre-trip inspection reports.
English and Spanish preferred.

What you'll do as a Aerial Foreman Ensure successful installation of fiber/telecom cables, materials, or support structures according to relevant codes, regulations, and customer requirements. Safely use equipment like bucket truck, digger derrick, excavators Ensure work areas are safe and that traffic flows smoothly while on the job Safely work at heights using climbing hooks and ladders Safely use hand tools and power tools like wrenches, drills, and saws Provide guidance and support to others as needed Be ready to travel for storm response on short notice Complete daily work orders and crew checks to document productivity and safety compliance Other duties as assigned
