Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and skilled Railroad Foreman with equipment operation experience to oversee and lead track construction and maintenance activities, while ensuring the safe and efficient operation of railroad equipment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the railroad industry, managing teams, and operating various types of heavy equipment for track construction, repair, and maintenance. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and lead a team of railroad workers in the installation, maintenance, and repair of railroad tracks and related infrastructure. Operate and maintain various heavy machinery and equipment including, but not limited to, rail grinders, ballast regulators, tampers, excavators, and backhoes.
