Summary/Objective: In this position, you will be tasked to lead, coordinate and manage the construction and installation of equipment in accordance with federal, state and company policies and regulations. Communication and daily interaction with customers, vendors, sub-contractors, local and state regulatory agencies is required. Crew foreman will be detailed oriented, keeping an eye out for any safety issues, bringing any issues to the attention of his superiors, while still striving to complete the project on time. The Concrete Finishing Foreman is responsible for overseeing and managing the finishing and detailing of concrete surfaces in heavy civil construction projects. This role is classified as safety sensitive. Duties/Responsibilities: * Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment * Work Area Maintenance: Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe to promote an efficient work environment. * Supervision & Leadership: Lead, train, and supervise a crew of concrete finishers and laborers.
