Education/Experience: High School Diploma or G.E.D. and 2 years of related experience, or an an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company. Minimum 2 years of experience in retail preferred. DEFINITION The GETPAID Training Site Supervisor is responsible for providing supervision, coaching and oversight to GETPAID employees on the job site. The GETPAID program partners with The Pittsburgh Downtown Partnership (PDP) and focuses on working in tandem with the PDP to beautify the streets of Pittsburgh. Duties entail removing trash from the sidewalks, emptying and cleaning trash cans and cigarette receptacles, removing graffiti and handbills, watering planters located throughout the city and seasonal power-washing of sidewalks and alleyways. The Training Site Supervisor will operate a company vehicle, trailer and commercial power washer ensuring the assigned/designated areas are properly cleaned. This individual will supervise GETPAID employees requiring evaluating work performance on a weekly basis and approving employee timecards in Renewal's payroll system. The Training Site Supervisor will act as the liaison with Renewal, Inc. management, staff, GETPAID clients and the PDP to ensure the needs of the contract are being met. Responsibilities also include providing positive interaction and communication between the GETPAID employees and the PDP. At times, when weather disrupts work in the Job Site Supervisor position, this individual will work as a Custodial Facilitator, providing various custodial services to all Renewal, Inc. facilities. A High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of two years of experience in a related position are required. Supervisory experience preferred.
