The Position - Superintendent: Airfield Systems/NAVAIDS The Superintendent role in our organization's NAVAID's division is a leadership role of vast importance to our airfield system projects, otherwise known as NAVAIDS. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in underground electrical installations, duct banks, manholes and steel structures. A proper candidate will also possess a working knowledge of surveying, placing concrete, site excavations, paving, airfield lighting and FAA Navigational Aids. This leadership role involves scheduling, monitoring, and management of daily project execution, ensuring progress and performance align with goals and objectives. The Superintendent will uphold individual site safety and compliance standards. Collaboration with project managers, on-site associates, electricians and project coordinators as well as leadership officers will be standard. The ideal candidate will have solid Airfield System and/or NAVAID project experience, a passion for leadership and coordination of successful projects as well as the ability to troubleshoot and coordinate plans to implement and complete successful projects. This is a 100% travel position (within the United States), which is company paid. The typical job duration is 2-8 months.
