Required Skills and Qualifications: ACCOUNTABILITIES * Treat all people associated with Main Enterprises, both internally and externally, with respect, honesty and integrity always. * Work with a safe attitude promoting safe working practices. * Identify required tools and special equipment. * Install, repair, replace, copper, CPVC, and PEX water piping systems. * Install repair, replace cast iron and PVC drainage and vent piping. * Locate and mark positions for floor and wall penetrations as well as piping connections and plumbing fixtures. * Install supports and hangers for pipe, fixtures and equipment. * Install, repair and replace underground and aboveground storm sanitary, water and gas piping systems. * Install, repair and replace sinks, tubs, toilets, plumbing fixtures, etc. * Install, repair and replace water heaters. * Test pipe systems and fixtures for leaks. * All installations must meet all applicable trade and building codes. * Other duties as assigned and required for complete plumbing systems. QUALIFICATIONS/CERTIFICATIONS * Valid CT Driver's License * CT Trade License - P-1, P-2 CT * Code knowledge OSHA 10 and/or 30 * Certified for Scissor and Boom Lift * Capable of giving direction and reading specifications & blueprints. * Ability to manage a crew size of (2) to (10) workers successfully. PHYSICAL AND MENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS * Climb ladders 6, 8, 10, 12, 14 ft. and extension ladders where scissor lift doesn't apply. Climb stairwells. * Use of all required PPE (personal protective equipment). * Able to lift at least 75 lbs. * Install piping systems per plans, specifications and coordinated drawings.
