As a Civil Foreman at Legacy Telecommunications, you will be part of constructing and maintaining critical infrastructure that connects America. We provide in-house training, certifications, and the newest tools and equipment. All levels of experience are encouraged to apply even if you are brand new to the industry. New team members coming in should expect a two-day orientation where you will go through required training and basic certifications before stepping onto the jobsite. After your orientation and company provided tools/equipment are assigned to you, you will mobilize to site with your crew in a company provided crew truck and work Monday through Friday each week to complete assigned jobs. There may be times that require your crew to travel continuously for up to (4) weeks at a time. For your first 90 days you will shadow other Foremen/Construction Manager and begin to learn all aspects of the trade/role. After 90 days a performance review will be conducted with wage increase, and an advancement road map laid out. Previous construction or mechanical experience is preferred but not required. Valid CDL, OSHA 10, and OSHA 30 are preferred but not required at time of hire. Strong leadership skills.
