Basic Duties: * Responsible for the safe and efficient management of the crew and equipment on all assigned projects. * Maintain all logs, daily reports and ensure that all time records are accurately entered each day. * Ensure that personnel and sub-contractors are complying with company safety policies and procedures. * Perform daily JSA meetings with the project teams and conduct weekly Toolbox Talks. * Assist and direct crews in the use of equipment and resources. * Manage quality of work, productivity and costs associated with the project. * Maintain good relations with the public, engineers, inspectors and the customer.
