Restorations by Highmark is looking for a proactive, well organized and tenured Job Site Supervisor to join our growing team. This individual will work directly with project managers, homeowners, and general contractors to move projects from start to finish, prioritizing efficiency and quality. They will coordinate Highmark carpenters and subcontractors, remain in constant communication with project managers, track all necessary project details, and practice continued organization of multiple projects simultaneously. Their goal is to achieve the highest level of both customer communication and satisfaction.
Pay: $50K- $65K
Responsibilities:
Communicate with owners and subcontractors about construction progress
Manage materials, carpenters, subcontractors, equipment, and jobsite cleanliness
Communicate scheduling information to project managers, owners, and subcontractors
Ensure the highest quality and safety standards are being always met
Execution of restoration plan and on-site documentation
Participate in pre-construction meetings and final punchlist walk-throughs

POSITION DOES REQUIRE LOCATION TO OUR COTTAGE GROVE, WI OR ALBUQUERQUE, NM LOCATION WITHIN 60 TO 120 DAYS OF EMPLOYMENT. Telecommunication Tower Foreman -Level 2 will manage and train field personnel to perform a wide variety of field specific job duties. We travel throughout the US and although the travel is extensive, we look to schedule employees for 2-3 weeks in the field at a time. Time off is backlogged after each deployment. Employees wanting greater pay have the option for longer assignments. Tower Technicians must have the ability to climb heights in excess of 500 feet, lift more than 50 lbs., and have the ability to travel extensively out of state for extended periods of time, including overnight and weekends. ToweMRL/Advanced Tower Services provides all training and certifications, base pay (including travel time), individual hotel rooms and per diem pay for incidentals for overnight work days. This position is responsible for the on-site supervision of the general activities being performed on wireless sites.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Direct and supervise the installation and maintenance services for wireless radio and antenna systems on towers, rooftops, and other elevated structures
· Provide leadership to the crew from the beginning of a project through completion, ensuring safety and quality standards, budget, and timelines are adhered to
· Review the documentation to prepare for the build, assemble the necessary materials, and determine the required installation methods
· Supervise the tracking of on-site inventory and materials, and refresh project supplies as needed
· Perform tower inspections, inventories, and audits
· Identify and select cables, ropes, blocks, and tackle by weight and size of load to be moved
· Collect, review, and submit all on-site closeout documentation per the deliverable timelines
· Identify areas of improvement for staff and make training recommendations to management as required
· Maintain tool inventory and upkeep daily on job site
· Ensure that the crew completes all required Company documentation

Experience:

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones.
Inspect work progress, equipment, and construction sites to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.
Train and mentor crew members, providing guidance and support as needed.
Maintain accurate records of work progress, materials used, and any issues encountered.
Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts that may arise.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of construction equipment and tools.
Conduct regular safety meetings and enforce safety protocols.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in construction management or related field preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in highway heavy construction, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of highway heavy construction techniques, materials, and equipment.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Job Responsibilities of Foreman:
* Leads a high-performance team serving customers in a local market/area.
* Reviews job specifications to determine materials, tools, and equipment needed prior to reporting to the job site.
* Assesses conditions of the job once on-site; sets forth plans based on time allotment, tools needed, and order of work - assign duties to your crew for work to be performed.
* Installs products and services with the support of a national team of trained professionals.

Physical requirements:
* The position lifts heavy objects and/or up to 50 lbs., walks and stands for long periods of time and performs strenuous physical labor.
* The employee lifts, pushes, pulls or carries objects; uses abdominal and lower back muscles to provide support over time without fatigue; and effectively lifts and carries heavy loads.
* The position requires good manual dexterity (hand, hand and arm, two hands) and multi-limb coordination. It also requires the ability to quickly move arms and legs.
* The employee must have excellent stamina.
* Seeing with the ability to read reports, data, statistics and information on computer screens are required.
