Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of highway heavy construction workers. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones. Inspect work progress, equipment, and construction sites to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met. Train and mentor crew members, providing guidance and support as needed.
