JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Helps manage the adherence and enforcement of AIREKO Energy Group safety protocol. Take responsibility for onsite hazard awareness with the project Superintendent. Electrical Site Foreman reports to the designated project Superintendent. The Electrical Site Foreman assigns duties based on workers qualifications and knowledge of their skill set monitoring the progress of a project and keeping it on track from a safety, time, and budgetary standpoint. Manage the given site field team of electricians, leads, and subcontractors. REQUIREMENTS: A minimum of 3-5 years' field experience in a leadership position. Excellent knowledge of construction operations, electrical projects and equipment. Experience and knowledge of electrical systems and familiarity with blueprints. Experience with solar installations and or wastewater treatment plants electrical installation is a plus. Good time-management skills with the ability to multi-task. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Good math skills and basic computer knowledge. Any additional relevant certification will be considered an advantage. Able and willing to travel. Take opportunities to train the crew so that each member is able to take on increasing responsibilities. Enforce all mandatory safety rules: Be aware of potential hazards and correct any of these situations. Require the use of the proper personal protective equipment by all crew members and subcontractors. Hold weekly job-site safety meetings. Ensure a positive Company image including the following: The personal appearance of each crew member should be clean and in compliance with Company Policy. Each vehicle must be clean and orderly. The job site should be kept orderly and free of safety hazards. Treat the site as if it is your own property. The job site sign should be kept clean and in good repair. The conduct of each crew member should be professional and courteous. Maintain all vehicles in compliance with departmental preventive maintenance policies. Do not allow unsafe conditions to exist on the vehicles. Vehicles should be washed and cleaned weekly. Operate all vehicles in a safe manner. WTI Commercial Facade Foreman The WTI Commercial Facade Foreman is responsible for the oversite and performance of safety, efficiency, and quality of the WTI Commercial Building Envelope business. This responsibility also includes laying off personnel, disciplinary action, employee assistance, and handling union matters relative to employees. Enforce company quality control standards to guarantee all work meets project specifications, safety regulations, and industry best practices. Ensure proper workflow and coordination with other crews to achieve seamless construction progress. Act as the liaison between field personnel and management to resolve any on-site issues and maintain project momentum. Qualifications: Extensive experience in drainage, water, and sewer line installation with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role. Strong technical expertise in calculating grades, using pipe lasers, and executing excavation tasks safely. Certification in OSHA 10 and Subpart P, with a solid understanding of construction safety regulations. Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to job sites as required. Proven track record of supervising field crews effectively and delivering successful projects in heavy civil construction environments.
