Job Description
You will support Lead Superintendents project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation on ground up construction
Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
Ability to read and interpret documents such as construction plans, safety rules, procedure manuals, schedules, and RFIs.
Manage project schedules (MS Project) and Two-Week- Look-Ahead
Manage employee performance and schedules
Evaluate site and QC on work performed
Ensure site safety
Allocate resources for assigned projects (materials, equipment and facilities)
Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
Qualifications
5 years of related / industry experience
High School Diploma or GED
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel at a minimum.
Proficient with software to view, create, and mark up PDFs.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
OSHA 30 required
