The Marine Foreman is responsible for maintaining & operating pile driving equipment, barge movement, skiff operations, tying up barges line handling, loading and unloading piling, material, and equipment. Performing all tasks associated with placing steel beams for templates including welding and burning, rigging and signaling crane to pick beams, piling, and all building materials. Position barge or work platform into place for pile driving operation. Hooking up and maneuvering the pile hammer leads onto piling using hand signals or radio. This is a working Foreman position. Knowledge/Skill Requirements * Knowledge of materials, methods, and tools involved in plant maintenance. * Ability to read, write and do basic mathematical calculations. * Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions. * Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing. * Ability to use equipment and tools properly and safely. * Ability to work well and efficiently with others.
