Job Summary: The Paving Foreman will lead and manage paving crews in the construction and maintenance of roadways, parking lots, and other paved surfaces. This role involves overseeing all aspects of paving operations, ensuring high-quality workmanship, safety, and efficiency. The Paving Foreman will also be responsible for daily reporting, payroll entry, and tracking material quantities, while seamlessly transitioning between tasks as needed. Essential Functions: 1.
