Summary of Duties:

Set daily and weekly goals for all team members on the jobsite.
Oversee a crew of 2-3 team members, making sure they are on track and being productive.
Responsible for maintaining clean job sites. Record End-of-Day Checklist each day.
Maintain a strong work ethic to complete a variety of physical job tasks.
Professionally communicate with clients to achieve strong client/company relationships.
Operate a variety of outdoor landscape and power equipment, as well as a variety of hand tools.

Consistently using the construction management system to complete tasks, daily logs, observations, timesheets, emails, etc.
Identifying and troubleshooting issues and involving the right team members to make sound decisions
Working extended hours during peak times, up to and including nights and weekends
Maintaining safe driving habits and a clean driving record
Capably managing complex and technical installations, including operating underground utility equipment with the team as needed

Position Requirements:
4+ years of experience as a HDD Locator and/or Drill Operator and operating mini excavators/backhoes, skid loaders, trenchers, small power equipment, etc.
Valid Class A CDL with Tanker endorsement
Clear communication skills to speak and write to diverse groups
Knowledge of HDPE Fusion processes
Understand plans, specifications, manuals, and schematics
Apply basic math and measurements to calculate setups, material needs, and more
Results-oriented field leader who builds effective teams
Ability to regularly lift 50+ lbs., stand, walk, climb, squat, kneel, sit, use feet, and use hands for frequent grasping, pushing and pulling
Work outside in all weather conditions
