Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage multiple low- and mid-intensity conflict situations involving customers and subcontractors to ensure projects stay on track and meet customer expectations.
Supervise and direct a crew of A, B, and C-grade craftsmen, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity on-site. Provide guidance, training, and support to the team as needed.
Work closely with customer project managers and site superintendents to ensure project timelines are met and any concerns are addressed promptly.
Read and manage customer production schedules, ensuring that projects stay on time and within scope. Address any delays or issues that arise during the course of the project.
Regularly communicate and cooperate with in-house sales, engineering, project controls, and safety teams to align project requirements and ensure smooth execution.
Identify, quantify, and mobilize the necessary materials, equipment, and manpower for each project. Ensure all resources are available and prepared for project needs.
Travel extensively for site management, ensuring that projects are consistently progressing according to plan.
Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, maintaining a strong commitment to a safety-first culture on all projects.
Manage geographically dispersed projects, overcoming obstacles, and ensuring that projects are completed safely, profitably, and to customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
520 hours of direct supervision on various types of projects (Quikdeck, swing stage, mast climber, HAKI roofing, shoring, loading docks, and more).
10,000 hours of direct supervision in access work (scaffolding or similar systems).
OSHA 30 Certification.
Rigging Certification.
Competent Person Certification (Company Supported and Suspended).
Construction Blueprint Training Certification.
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Outlook (email and calendar).
Familiarity with BrandSafway products and services.
