JOB SCOPE
Responsible for providing Food and Beverage for Counter Reformation (from setup to breakdown) including cashier functions.
JOB FUNCTIONS
Greets guests according to standards
Explains daily specials, takes orders and serves the food and beverage items
Prepares checks, collects payments and follows cashiering procedures
Completely understand and follow the department and hotel standards
Replenish all service items (silverware, glasses, china as well as other general supplies)
Takes responsibility to keep the restaurant clean at all times
Clears and sets tables and chairs
Sets up work area and other stations with necessary supplies (nuts, napkins, mixers, etc)
Retrieves food items from the kitchen and beverages from the bar
Collects dirty items and brings them to the dishwasher as well as breaks down the service area
Check if the music system and lights are working properly.
Wipe all tables and chairs whenever necessary
Maintains guests satisfaction his/her top priority
Follows and works according to the standard operating procedures of the restaurant
Other tasks as required
QUALIFICATIONS.
Experience in a full service, high quality bar, club, lounge or restaurant
1 to 3 years experience in a related area OR a combination of experience and education that provides the skills required for this position

Must be able to grasp, bend, lift and/or carry or otherwise move goods weighing a minimum of 25 lbs. on an intermittent basis, and sufficient dexterity of hand in order to use office equipment including, but not limited to: a computer keyboard, calculator, general office equipment and multi-line telephone.
