Assemble orders on trays following a FIFO (First In, First Out) system and deliver them to servers via stairs, elevator, or dumbwaiter. Unload dumbwaiter trays and organize them on the Queen Mary Trucks for Dish Pantry. Return food items and supplies to proper locations at the end of the shift. Follow all Club's policies and procedures. Follow all safety procedures and emergency protocols established by the Club, state, and Allegheny County. Adhere to OSHA standards in regard to “Right to Know” for handling and disposal of cleaning supplies and chemicals.
