* Work safely around sharp slicers, tools and hot ovens and burners.
* Displaying products following deli department and/or merchandising guidelines.
* Taking guest orders, ensuring orders are completed on time and to the guest's satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
Utilizes proper food handling and food service techniques.
Takes meal/drink orders and serves meals in a friendly and timely manner.
Assures resident/guest is satisfied with their meals.
Maintains knowledge of all specials and general description of all food items and explains to residents or guests.
Maintains assigned tables and surrounding area in a complete state of cleanliness, appearance and readiness.
Follows daily, weekly and monthly cleaning schedules.
Assists with orientation and training of new food servers.
Practices all safety and loss prevention procedures.
Sets-up and cleans the Dining Room while maintaining or exceeding hospitality and service standards.
Maintains or exceeds standards of appearance, cleanliness, personal sanitation, and hygiene.
Performs and completes opening and closing checklist criteria.
Assists in dining room and surrounding areas for proper directional flow, organization and supplies placement.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous experience in fine dining preferred.

Location: We are seeking an experienced Food Runner / Busser for the Jiminy Peak Mountain Resort located in Hancock, MA.
Jiminy Peak Mountain Resort is the largest ski and snowboard resort in southern New England, summer home to Mountain Adventure Park and the only mountain resort in North America to generate its own energy using alternative wind power. Jiminy features extensive conference and wedding facilities for groups up to 400 people. Since opening in 1948 Jiminy Peak has evolved to become a four-season resort, offering something for everyone.
Principal Function:
The Food Runner / Busser position performs as an entry level restaurant worker. The Busser perform duties that require minimal experience and expertise.
This position may exist in a stand-alone restaurant, or in-venue restaurant within a sporting arena, convention center or other entertainment-related venue that is managed by Sodexo Live!.
The Food Runner / Busser will contribute to Sodexo Live!'s operational and financial success by clearing and resetting tables and assisting servers when needed, and by following all Sodexo Live! standards for sanitation and service to satisfy guest expectations and to maximize food revenues.
Essential Responsibilities:
* Keep restaurant tables and surrounding areas clean and presentable to dining room guests.
* Support hosts and servers in providing exceptional service to restaurant guests.
* Comply with all established health, sanitation and safety procedures.
* Contribute to goal of 100% customer satisfaction through personal commitment to customer service.

Other Requirements:

The Food Service Worker position has direct responsibility for the upkeep and sanitation of the kitchen areas. In addition to cleaning and sanitation, the Food Service Worker will be responsible for minimal preparation of food items alongside cooking staff for daily meal service.
Job Responsibilities
• Responsible for sanitation and upkeep of the kitchen areas.
• Responsible for minimal preparation of food items for daily meal service.
• Responsible for assisting kitchen personnel in preparing and cooking food items to fulfill program needs.
• Delivering and serving meals to campus youth and employees.
• Collecting all food products needed to set up assigned stations.
• Operating all food production equipment safely and following all food production standards for required items.
Job Requirements
Minimum of a High School diploma required
No previous experience needed - we provide all necessary training.
Experience working in school or residential setting preferred
CPR/First Aid certified or ability to become certified
Varicella Vaccine required OR titers indicating varicella immunity OR documentation from a healthcare provider verifying previous infection.
MMR (Measles Mumps & Rubella vaccine required OR titers indicating immunity to all three diseases.
Tdap (Tetanus-diptheria-pertussis) vaccine required.
Influenza vaccine required, one dose annually during flu season.
Physical (Medical Exam) required.
Must be able to work 9AM-5PM during new hire orientation to complete TCI(Therapeutic Crisis Intervention), CPR and Sanctuary training. Must maintain TCI and CPR certification.
Required to be 21 years or older.
Must have a current and valid driver's license with acceptable driving history to the Agency
Ability to work with an economically and culturally diverse population.
