When finished with own duties, help where needed to ensure everyone is getting done on schedule.
Participates in all major year end cleaning, under the manager's directions.
Records daily, only time worked, and totals the hours worked for the end of the month.
Maintains the highest standards of safety and sanitation in the kitchen, as well as personal hygiene.
Attend all meetings, workshops or training requested by the director.
Performs any other such tasks and duties as the principal, superintendent may assign.

Position Summary
The Food Runner delivers and presents food to guests according to established procedures. This position also assists in clearing dishes from tables, set up and side work. This position reports to the Restaurant Manager.
