Maintain knowledge of current menu choices, specialties and menu deviations, and food shortages in the kitchen. 3. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure that all orders are prepared in a timely and accurate manner. 4. The ability to think on your feet and work calmly under pressure is essential. You must be able to contribute to a collaborative and diverse team dynamic and have a passion for customer service. You also must be able to accommodate varying schedules including nights, weekends and holidays. But wait, there's a great upside: in exchange for your flexibility we offer excellent pay, hotel discounts, and the opportunity to be part of an anything-but-standard growing hotel company.
