Key Responsibilities Provide courteous, attentive service to members and guests in accordance with the Club's service standards. Report to designated dining room and see manager for work assignment. Collect food orders from kitchen stations using the “Point of Sale” chit system, including condiments and serving supplies. Inspect dishes for accuracy and presentation before delivery. Assemble orders on trays following a FIFO (First In, First Out) system and deliver them to servers via stairs, elevator, or dumbwaiter.
