Reading comprehension for following directions, record-keeping and reporting. 2. Capable of utilizing basic math and record-keeping in daily reporting. 3. Maintain all records accurately, counting, reporting, meal ordering and weekly bank deposits, submitting same weekly and monthly to main office. 4.
