Ensuring that safety standards are being met at the kitchen and dining hall and manages and maintains records and reports. Facilitating the opening and closing of the kitchen for the season with food service staff.
Candidate must be 21 years of age or older, with Food Service Manager Certification and experience with managing menus and placing food orders.
Pay: $133 a day ($20 an hour if commuting)
The COOK's responsibility is to assist the food service manager in all aspects of kitchen management and function as general all around cook for all meals. Duties include: Providing well-balanced nutritional meals that meet all campers and staff dietary needs. Monitoring kitchen helpers in maintaining safe and sanitary food preparations.
