Responsibilities
Manage receipt, storage, order picking, and shipment (STO/DO) of finished goods from QCELL production lines to external warehouses and customer warehouses.
Use inventory management systems (SAP, WMS) to track finished goods stock levels daily and ensure accurate inventory records by location and Lot ID.
Conduct daily audits of packing materials and storage spaces to meet outbound shipment requirements and maintain organized stock.
Inspect finished goods for quality compliance prior to shipment and manage repacking processes in collaboration with QCELL's QC or Production teams when defects are identified.
Plan and report daily on outbound shipment schedules by destination, providing timely updates to customers and QCELL.
Train and oversee staff on the use of SAP and WMS systems related to warehouse operations.
Perform a monthly inventory count and report results, reconciling any discrepancies.
Manage equipment and tools needed for warehouse operations and ensure all items are properly maintained.
Handle re-entry of finished goods into inventory at customer request, updating the system and tracking these goods.
Supervise attendance and work schedules of onsite staff involved in inbound and outbound goods processing.
