**CUALIFICACIONES MÍNIMAS**
Habilidad para leer, escribir, sumar y restar. Seis (6) meses a un años de experiencia relacionada al saneamiento, conocimiento general de trabajo en computadores/tecnología (Ej. Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word) Habilidad para utilizar equipo de protección personal y habilidad para trabajar en ambientes laborales con fluctuaciones extremas de temperature. **CUALIFICACIONES PREFERIDAS**

Perform receptionist activities including answering high volume phone calls for City Hall and the Utility Department; responding to customer inquiries and complaints, directing such inquires to the appropriate persons, taking and relaying messages. Greeting and directing guest upon arrival for meetings.
Customer accounts; review billing amounts with customers, process initiation/ termination of utility service, verify/update customer's personal information including name and address changes.
Maintain a variety of files and filing systems; prepare, maintain and update various records, research and verify information as requested.
Payments; collect, sort, process incoming night deposit/mail payments. Process in-person customer payments.
Balance register and prepare daily deposit.
Prepare and distribute work orders; meter readings, utility connections including new and revised accounts, meter sets for new builds, meter maintenance, leakage, street/sign maintenance, water and sewer line locates and termination of water service for delinquent accounts.
Enter deposits processed for other city departments.
Sanitation and Recycle Service; manage log for delivery and pick up of trash and recycle carts, investigate and resolve resident complaints/concerns.
Process yearly pet registration and issue registration tags.
Regular punctual attendance is a requirement of the position.
