Job Summary: The Roadway Worker in Charge (RWIC) position is responsible for providing on-site roadway worker protection for activities on and around live railroad tracks. The role involves job site coordination, dispatcher/train communication, and managing various types of On-Track Safety in both controlled and non-controlled track areas. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: * Jobsite Protection: Ensure the required jobsite protection on each assignment, error-free and consistent with the rules.
