Job Overview
As a Bilingual Spanish/ English Customer Service Representative at Foundever, you will play a vital role in supporting one of the largest insurance and banking providers in the U.S. You will assist customers with their entry-level banking and financial needs while contributing to a team-centric environment. What We're Looking For
Bilingual Proficiency: Must speak fluent English and Spanish
Location: Must reside in DeLand, FL, or within commuting distance
Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old
Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is required
Experience: Preferred 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience
Availability: Must have flexible availability during operating hours
Customer Service Skills: A professional attitude and strong aptitude for customer service are essential
