Develop and uphold an Global toolkit utilised for managing various stages of implementation at a functional and program level.
Administer/deliver planned program activities within a demanding cross functional work setting, navigating unforeseen and evolving challenges in a flexible and responsive manner reporting into the Drive Deployment Lead and Program Team.
Function as the key Finance SME effectively overseeing senior internal and external stakeholders to disseminate information, facilitate decision-making, and address any concerns or challenges.
Demonstrate ownership and responsibility in the entire process of site implementations, starting from assessment and preparation, to ensuring readiness, executing the cutover/go live phase, and providing ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities:
Assessment:
Support the Drive Program Team to introduce and launch the D365 deployment and methodology at site level. Work with the local site and cross functional teams to conduct an operating model assessment and deliver ‘To be' global blueprint process awareness capturing any requirements.
Capture site specific Localisation, Integrations, Data & mapping requirements, and work with Drive functional program partners to resolve cross functional challenges and complex processes.
Produce a Gap Fit analysis and change impact strategy to form a complete cross functional solution blueprint to enable site confidence and buy in as well as group/program stakeholder sign off.
Preparation:
Support the Finance Systems Team, Si partner and Rotork IT on system requirements development and validation. Execute a change management plan for organizational, process and data requirements.
Support SIT SAT and FAT testing and develop business readiness toolkit to reflect final solution design.
Act as the link between the Local Site Team and the Finance Systems, Data Team to reconcile and harmonise target and source master and transactional data throughout all ETL cycles.
Readiness:
Partner with the Local Finance Team and Finance systems Team to develop a comprehensive Cutover plan for Master Transactional Data.
Develop and support delivery of a robust and effective Training plan for all Finance modules covering D365 and business process.
Successfully manage and deliver User Acceptance Testing for Global Blueprint and Localization functionality partnering Rotork IT and Local Site Team.
Manage Final Solution acceptance cutover execution to ensure all prerequisites of Go live have been satisfied.
Cutover & Go live:
Manage the Local Team though Go-Live and Adoption providing hyper care support via established business channels, defect resolution, service transition into BAU capturing CI and lessons learned to be implemented into proceeding deployment planning or site specific continuous improvement actions.
Qualifications
Essential
Senior Qualified accountant or qualified by experience
Strong awareness of key accounting concepts
Good level of knowledge and experience of key Finance processes including Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Fixed Assets, Record to Report, Payroll & Expenses Management across large finance systems such as Oracle, SAP, Microsoft etc
Comfort working in a high pressure environment, in agile and dynamic way to tackle unexpected & emerging issues
Demonstrable track record, and sufficient gravitas and experience, to deliver positive, high impact business outcomes and change
Experience project managing the implementation of a Finance system, D365
Experience working on a large change project or upgrade of an ERP system
Experience managing senior internal & external stakeholders to provide information, drive decisions and resolve issues

Purpose:
The role of a Financial Consultant II is accountable for developing and delivering financial advice through a specified branch based territory and client roster. The position is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive wealth management strategic plans for clients based on unique client financial priorities. Focus on meeting client goals through all life stages, and collaborating with internal subject matter experts.
Accountabilities:
Business development and client relationship building
Provide financial planning detailed process through client discovery and use of confidential client profile and financial planning software, illustrating solutions to fill gaps in achieving goals
Proactively educate and inform clients of market outlooks, legislative changes as it effects the client, and identify gaps and recommend to the client strategies and solutions to fill gaps following best interest guidelines.
