The Project Finance Analyst, reporting to the Project Finance Manager, will be responsible for financial modeling, supporting the Company's debt and tax equity transactions, and supporting ongoing capital calls as well as portfolio management.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Manage and maintain tax equity and debt models required for the company's ongoing capital raising efforts
Collaborate with Dimension's development team, engineers, and accounting professionals to develop appropriate assumptions for project finance models
Assist in due diligence processes for tax equity, construction, and term loan capital raises
Create and maintain investment memos, lender presentations, and project summaries for Dimension's portfolios
